    Men On Line is a subscription service. The cost is only $14.95 for one month. The cost includes unlimited access to a large part of our site.

  2. How often will I be billed?
    The basic subscription price is automatically billed to your credit card every thirty (30) days. You will continue to be billed until you cancel your account.

  3. How do I join Men On Line?
    A click is all you need to join Men On Line. Just fill out the information requested on our Netscape-Secure or Non-Secure membership page and you will have immediate access to all Men On Line has to offer. Non-Netscape user's, such as America OnLine, should choose the latter option. You may also join by Fax, just print and fill out the fax application. Our fax number is 212-529-8881. (Please allow up to 72 hours to process your fax application)

  4. How long does it take to set up an account?
    It's instantaneous. Our exclusive online registration process means that you can join in on the action immediately. Just read the membership agreement, fill in the information on the registration screen and you can be approved in under 60 seconds. It's that easy!

  5. Why is a valid email address so important?
    Your email address is the only way we can contact you. We use it for a number of promotional and administrative purposes. We will periodically send you mail to advise you of special events and new features so you may further enjoy our site. We respect your privacy! We will use your email only for Men On Line business. We will not sell or rent this information to any third parties. Attention AOL users, your email address is your AOL screen name followed by @aol.com ([email protected]).

  6. Why does my user name and/or password not work?
    The probable reasons are as follows:

    1. Your user name and password are case-sensitive. Please type your user name and password exactly as you did when you enrolled.
    2. Your account is inactive.

  7. I lost my user name and/or password. What should I do?
    Send email to Customer Service to inquire about your user name and/or password. Be certain to include sufficient information about the account so that the staff can determine if you are an authorized person to inquire. (Note: If you lost your password, please provide your credit card number/expiration date and billing zip code)

  8. What are the acceptable forms of payment?
    Men On Line currently accepts Visa and MasterCard for all transactions. All charges will appear on your credit card statement as "EOL Internet".

  9. Why was my credit card denied?
    The probable reasons are as follows:

    1. The billing address zip code you submitted is incorrect (for your security, we check to make sure the two match)
    2. You are over the credit card credit limit.
    3. The email address you submitted is incorrect.

    For additional information, contact our credit card company's toll free number 800-946-7366 (24 hours). (Note: Only information pertaining to your credit card will be provided)

  10. How do I know my credit card information is secure?
    The information you submit to us on our membership form is kept strictly confidential. We will never give your email address or any other information to any third parties. We use the Netscape Secure Server to process credit card orders.

  11. How will the charges appear on my credit card bill?
    All charges will discreetly appear on your credit card statement as "EOL Internet".

  12. My account has been canceled and I want to join again.
    All you need to do is go back to the registration screen and sign up again. If the system does not allow you do this, send email to Customer Service. Be certain to include sufficient information about the account so that the staff can determine if you are an authorized person to inquire.

  1. Can I use Netscape Navigator with America OnLine?
    Yes, America OnLine users can use Netscape Navigator with the new America OnLine WINSOCK.DLL file. Click HERE for more information.
